It was an exciting Division 4 match between Ovesholms IF and Näsums IF that took place at Slottsvallen A-plan. The attendance was not particularly high, with only 20 people making their way to the venue on that Tuesday evening, but that didn't prevent the teams from giving their all on the field. The referee for the match was Jimmy Rooth.
There were a couple of quick goals at the start of the match. Just six minutes in, Johanna Quvang from Ovesholms IF scored the team's first goal, and only eight minutes later, Malin Danielsson extended the lead by putting the ball in the net. Näsums tried to keep up with the play but struggled to break through Ovesholms' defense.
After the break, Näsums IF looked like they had found a bit more energy and played with more confidence. Emma Holmer narrowed the gap between the teams with a goal in the 52nd minute, but just seconds later, Ovesholms responded with another goal from Malin Danielsson.
Näsums IF was not ready to give up yet and fought hard to get back into the game. In the 72nd minute, Amanda Törgren found the net and once again reduced the gap between the teams. Despite a strong finish from Näsums IF, it was not enough to equalize, and Ovesholms IF won the match 3-2.
It was a well-played match with a high tempo and a lot of competition. Both Ovesholms IF and Näsums IF showed that they have a lot of talent and potential in Division 4. The next meeting between the teams is guaranteed to be just as exciting.
