This year's first evening match on the Borgeby IP B-field between Bjärreds IF and Åkarps IF turned out to be an eventful affair. Although there were no spectators in the stands, the teams delivered an exciting match.

Referee Peco Milenkovski took charge as the match kicked off with intense play and tough duels from both teams. It wasn't until the 44th minute that the first goal came, when Bjärreds IF took the lead through Oliver Sivnert.

Åkarps IF quickly bounced back and equalized just a few minutes into the second half through Jonatan Gabretensaye, following a fine free kick. Saban Pehilj then scored two goals, the first in the 60th minute and the second in the 74th minute, giving Åkarps IF a 3-1 lead.

Bjärreds IF tried to regain their footing in the match and earned a penalty in the 80th minute, but Hampus Runefjord missed the target. Instead, Åkarps IF extended their lead further in the 89th minute with another goal from Saban Pehilj.

The match concluded with a yellow card for Åkarps IF's Adam Fakhro in the 90th minute. Åkarps IF emerged victorious with a 4-1 score, celebrating an important away win in Division 4 Skåne Nordvästra.

Even though there was no crowd present, Bjärreds IF and Åkarps IF provided entertaining football, and a determined Åkarps IF showed what they were capable of. Both teams can be expected to have an exciting continuation of the season.
