Linero IF continued their impressive winning streak when they defeated Åkarps IF with a resounding 6-0 at Linero IP A-plan in front of an empty stand.
The match started relatively evenly, but it was Linero IF that took the lead with a stunning goal by Hampus Ferhm in the 38th minute. Åkarps IF tried to fight their way back into the match, but it was Linero IF that continued to dominate.
In the second half, Theo Morales extended the lead to 2-0 in the 59th minute. Linero IF's Oskar Asklund received a yellow card shortly thereafter, but that did not stop the team from remaining the dominant side.
In the 70th minute, Linero IF was awarded a penalty, which Hampus Ferhm expertly converted to make it 3-0. Krister Holst and Izidin Khattab then increased the score to 5-0 before Krister Holst also netted his second goal of the evening, sealing the final score at 6-0 in the 91st minute.
Linero IF once again demonstrated why they are at the top of the table with an impressive victory and remain unbeaten in Division 4 Skåne Nordvästra. Åkarps IF has a tough season ahead with a lot of work to do.
