An exciting match took place at Färs & Frosta Arena in Höör as Höörs IS faced off against Broby IF in Division 4 Skåne East for men. With only 79 spectators in attendance, however, the match had a rather small audience.
Already after six minutes, Höörs IS took the lead with a beautiful goal from Bleon Ahmeti. But the lead didn't last long as Anton Karström from Broby IF equalized to 1-1 after 17 minutes. Two more goals from Broby IF before halftime, scored by Måns Lilja and Fabian Järvinen, saw the away team heading into the break with a clear lead of 1-3.
In the second half, Höörs IS demonstrated that they were not ready to give up so easily. Oliver Andersson reduced the score to 2-3 after 79 minutes, making it seem possible that an equalizer could be on the way. But instead, Måns Lilja scored to make it 3-4 for Broby IF just two minutes later.
Höörs IS fought hard to come back, and Axel Nilsson made it 3-4 late in the match. However, Isac Ragnarsson from Broby IF sealed the deal by scoring 3-5 in stoppage time.
The match ended 3-5 in favor of Broby IF, marking a tough loss for Höörs IS, who now sit at the bottom of the table. Broby IF is in eighth place and takes home three important points. The referee for the match was Srdan Petrovic, and the assistant referees were Sofia Wigerup and Thommy Vi. Höörs IS coach Robin Dehlin, however, had to leave the field early after being sent off in the 81st minute.
