Malmö FF Academy showcased their dominant play as they defeated Sövestads IF/SoGK Charlo by a whopping 9-1 at Charlottenlund's IP A-plan.
The match started strong for the visiting Malmö FF Academy when Sophie Gabretensaye opened the scoring in the sixth minute. Just two minutes later, Mikaela Cindric doubled the lead to 2-0 for Malmö FF. The team showed no mercy as Gabretensaye and Cindric each scored again before halftime, leading to a comfortable 4-0 lead for Malmö FF Academy.
However, Sövestads IF/SoGK Charlo didn't give up without a fight and managed to reduce the deficit through Ines Göransson in the 41st minute. But Malmö FF continued to dominate, and Olivia G Lavlund extended the lead to 5-1 in the 62nd minute.
Mikaela Cindric added to her goal tally, scoring her third goal in the 67th minute, while Lavlund scored two quick goals within five minutes to complete her hat trick. The match concluded with another goal from Cindric in the 80th minute, resulting in a magnificent 9-1 victory for Malmö FF Academy.
The spectators at Charlottenlund's IP A-plan witnessed an impressive performance from Malmö FF Academy, while Sövestads IF/SoGK Charlo was powerless against a much stronger opponent.
