It was an exciting match played between Vellinge FF and FC City Trelleborg on Friday evening at the Vellinge IP A pitch in front of a crowd of 110 people. Before the match, Vellinge FF had a better table position than FC City Trelleborg.
The match started with an early goal for Vellinge FF by Emil Svensson in the 10th minute. Just five minutes later, Simon Ligaard scored the second goal for the home team and the lead was extended to 2-0. No more goals were scored in the first half but the referee had to hand out two cards to Vellinge FF players, Thom Nilsson and Lucas Sjöström.
The second half started with a quick goal for FC City Trelleborg by Edison Mulaj in the 56th minute and just 12 minutes later Mulaj scored his second goal of the game, meaning the home side lost their lead. But it only took 12 minutes for Emil Svensson to score his second goal and regain the lead for Vellinge FF.
FC City Trelleborg responded again with a goal by Mulaj who scored his third goal of the match and a hat trick in the 74th minute. The score was 3-3 when Jeton Krasniqi's nick goal in the 76th minute put Vellinge FF back in the lead. Simon Borg was also cautioned in the 82nd minute but the match ended with Vellinge FF winning 4-3.
At the end of the game, the home team was stronger than the away team and defended effectively to maintain their lead. Thanks to Jeton Krasniqi's goal, Vellinge FF managed to win a tough match and remain in 4th place in the table. The referee trio Admir Useinovski, Samer Khalil and Martin Cvetanovski were in control of the match and did a good job during the match.
