It was a truly exciting match between Stattena IF and Torna Hällestads IF at Olympiafältet Plan 5. Despite the smaller attendance of 44 spectators, the teams delivered an entertaining football display in Division 4 Skåne West for women.
Torna Hällestad opened the scoring just 6 minutes into the match when Vera Jacobsson scored to make it 0-1. But Stattena quickly responded, with Tindra Jacobsson Fredell equalizing with a lovely free-kick goal just two minutes later.
Torna Hällestad then regained the lead through Hanna Skårhammar, but Alva Nilsson equalized for Stattena, before Tindra Jacobsson Fredell took the lead again with yet another free-kick goal.
The second half showcased equally thrilling play, with Deanna Koljanin leveling the score for Torna Hällestad. Stattena then took the lead once more after Tindra Jacobsson Fredell completed her hat trick with a penalty goal. However, Torna Hällestad would not back down, and Vera Jacobsson equalized again.
It was, however, Hanna Skårhammar who decided the match with her second goal of the day, giving Torna Hällestad a narrow victory of 4-5. A well-played and high-scoring match that kept the audience on their toes until the final whistle.
