It was an eventful match at Smörlyckans IP when Lunds FF hosted Asmundtorps IF in Division 4 Skåne Västra, women. Despite it being a Monday afternoon, it was an exciting match for the two teams.
Already after 6 minutes, Lunds FF took the lead through Naomi Marenco, who smashed the ball into the net. They continued to press on, and in the 20th minute, they extended their lead through Wilma Darabi.
However, Asmundtorps IF did not give up and fought their way back into the match. At the end of the first half, Jenny Dahlin reduced the score for the away team, and just a few minutes into the second half, Mathilda Persson equalized for Asmundtorps IF.
Lunds FF managed to regain the lead in the 73rd minute through Alma Sandström. But Asmundtorps IF quickly responded and equalized again just two minutes later through Johanna Landin.
The match ended 3-3, and both teams provided an entertaining game for the few spectators who had made their way to Smörlyckans IP that afternoon. Referee Johan Fridh kept a close eye on the match and blew the whistle for full time after a well-played game by both teams.
