Högsby IK defeated Gullringens GOIF 2-0 in an exciting match at Gullemon in Gullringen. The match started evenly, with both teams creating good chances, but it was Högsby IK that took the lead just before halftime. Johanna Enarsson scored a beautiful goal, putting the ball in the net, which gave Högsby a 1-0 lead.

In the second half, Högsby continued to pressure Gullringen and increased their lead to 2-0 following a fine individual effort by Lotta Bern. Gullringen tried to get back into the match, but Högsby defended well and managed to fend off any dangerous attacks.

Referee Michael Meharena blew the whistle after 90 minutes of play, allowing Högsby to celebrate a well-deserved victory in front of the 50 spectators present. Gullringen will need to regroup for their next match and try to bounce back after the loss.
