It was a chilly Saturday afternoon at Hovets IP in Hovslätt. In front of an audience of 119, Hovslätts IK faced Tabergs SK in Division 4 Småland North-West. Both teams still had something to play for, as they were both mid-table and wanted to end the season on a positive note.

Referee Joachim Eskilsson blew the whistle to kick off the match, and it was Hovslätts IK that took charge and controlled the game. After 19 minutes, Hampus Bäck opened the scoring for Hovslätt, making it 1-0. Tabergs SK tried to regroup and threaten Hovslätt's goal, but the home team was strong defensively and held firm.
