Ölmstads IS secured a much-needed victory when they faced Örserums IK in an important Division 4 Småland Norra match on Saturday afternoon. The home team started the match strongly and took the lead just three minutes in through Felix Öblom. However, the visitors from Örserum demonstrated their fighting spirit and equalized eleven minutes later with a goal from Mattis Axelsson.

In the 48th minute, Ölmstad regained the lead with a goal from Julius Forssmed. But Örserum was not ready to give up and equalized again in the 55th minute with an own goal from the home team's defense. The match was closely contested, with both teams fighting hard for the lead.

In the 70th minute, it was Anton Johansson who became the match hero when he scored Ölmstad's third goal of the day. Viktor Karlsson then extended the lead, making it 4-2 for the home team. Örserum tried to come back, but time ran out, and Ölmstad managed to hold on for an important victory.
