It was a brilliant Saturday afternoon at Virdavallen when Alvesta United FK faced IF Rejban in Division 4 Småland Southwest, men. Referee Oskar Cederfjord and his assistant referees Abdulkadir Omar Saneey and Shivansh Joshi had their hands full keeping track of the match, which was tense and full of energy from the start. Despite an audience of only 40 people, both teams provided a truly entertaining match.
Alvesta United opened the scoring in the 62nd minute with a beautiful goal from Abdikafi Abdule Kulmiye, which sent the home fans into loud cheers. Just three minutes later, Emirjan Preci doubled Alvesta's lead to 2-0 with a stunning shot that hit just inside the post.
IF Rejban did not lose heart and continued to fight despite Alvesta's early lead. In the 70th minute, they were rewarded for their hard work when Filip Kjellsson found the back of the net behind Alvesta's goalkeeper.
However, it wasn't enough for IF Rejban as Alvesta United FK continued to show their dominance on the field. In the 80th minute, Abdikafi Abdule Kulmiye scored his second goal of the day with a lovely corner that went straight into the top corner. IF Rejban desperately tried to reduce Alvesta's lead, but it was the home team that celebrated the three points.
The match ended in the best possible way for Alvesta United FK when Abdikafi Abdule Kulmiye completed his hat trick with a perfect third goal in stoppage time. The home fans were ecstatic as referee Oskar Cederfjord blew the final whistle after securing three important points for Alvesta United FK.
After the match, the table showed that the season was complete, with Alvesta United FK finishing in a decent eighth place, while IF Rejban ended in fifth place.
