It was a sunny Saturday afternoon, and the match between Waggeryds IK and Hovslätts IK kicked off at Vaggeryds IP in front of an empty stand. Waggeryd led the table before the match, while Hovslätt was in third place, a few points behind. Referee Georgios Kogerakis blew the whistle to start the match, and it was Hovslätt that initially showed the clearest motivation.

In the second half, Hovslätt fought back once again and reduced the score to 3-2 through Rebecca Björk, but Waggeryd and Edona Demaj responded swiftly, making it 4-2 on the scoreboard. It took just six minutes before Ellen Wedenby scored her second goal of the match, and Edona Demaj scored her second of the day, bringing the score to 6-2 in favor of Waggeryd. Wedenby continued to impress and completed her hat trick, while Emilia Klint secured a convincing 8-2 victory for Waggeryd with her first goal of the day.

Waggeryd's dominance was evident throughout the match, and their winning streak continued. When the referee blew the final whistle, the happy and proud Waggeryd players left the field, ready to keep fighting for a spot in higher divisions. Meanwhile, Hovslätt could only return to the training ground and try to find their game, which at the moment could not stop the reigning champions.
