Triangelns IK hosted Jäders IF at home on Mesta IP in front of an audience of 200 people. Referee Jakob Melki was assisted by assistant referees Yousef Naqqar and Atiq Eid Mohammad.
The match began intensely, and just seven minutes in, Triangelns IK took the lead through Andreas Wisén. Jäders IF quickly responded, and Gustaf Stipek equalized after 15 minutes. Rohollah Heydari then made it 1-2 for Jäders IF after 24 minutes of play.
The pace was high, and there was plenty of fighting on the field, resulting in yellow cards for Gustaf Stipek and Hussein Amin Mohamed from Jäders IF, as well as Dennis Rönnemark and Bero Safari from Triangelns IK.
Just before halftime, Jäders IF extended their lead to 1-3 through Magnus Käll, but Triangelns IK did not give up, and William Schmidt reduced the score to 2-3 just before the break.
In the second half, the goals continued to come. Andreas Wisén equalized to 3-3 for Triangelns IK, and then Bero Safari made it 4-3 in the 71st minute. William Schmidt added to his tally, scoring 5-3 from a penalty in the 84th minute.
Jäders IF would not give up, and Gustaf Stipek reduced the score to 5-4 from a penalty in the 90th minute. Despite a final attempt from Jäders IF to level the game, Triangelns IK held on and secured three points.
The match ended dramatically with a red card for Jäders IF's coach Ousama Abassi. Triangelns IK ultimately won 5-4 and were able to celebrate a much-needed victory in front of their home supporters.
