Rinkeby United FC has taken the lead in the top of the league after an important victory against IK Frej Täby FF. The match was played at Knutby BP 1 in front of an audience of 300 people and was refereed by Oscar Selberg with assistant referees Nemanja Marojevic and Conny Ahlkvist.

It was an even match with Rinkeby United FC getting off to a good start after 35 minutes as Ali Abdillahi Hussein put the ball into the goal to give his team a 1-0 lead. After half an hour of play, IK Frej Täby FF received two warnings in a short time, first Karl Andreasson and then David Higgs.

After half time, Tom Dahlström Skoug and Philip Ellis also received warnings for IK Frej Täby FF. Despite several attempts by both teams, neither side came close to scoring until Rinkeby United FC were awarded a penalty in the 78th minute, which Mohamed Obaied Ayari converted to give his team a strong 2-0 lead.

The match then became quite tough with several warnings for Rinkeby United FC players Burak Arslanoglu, Stefan Silva and George Shabo.
