On a chilly and rainy Friday evening, Konyaspor KIF and Vendelsö IK gathered at Alby BP 1 stadium to play their final match in Division 4 Stockholm South. Vendelsö IK led the league before the match, while Konyaspor KIF was in 6th place in the standings.

Konyaspor KIF fought hard but struggled to create any dangerous goal-scoring chances in the first half. Instead, Abdurrahman Okur from Konyaspor KIF received a yellow card after 26 minutes, and Mohamed Omar Ali from Vendelsö IK was cautioned three minutes later.

The second half started better for Konyaspor KIF when Stevan Anees Shankola scored the team's first goal in the 54th minute. Six minutes later, Alexandros Kousis scored the team's second goal of the evening, his eighth of the season, thereby reducing Vendelsö IK's lead to just one point.

Konyaspor KIF kept up the tempo and pressed hard for an equalizer.
