Håbo FF secured an important victory in Division 4 Uppland when they faced IFK Uppsala 2 at Futurum Artificial Turf. In front of an audience of 57, the match started with a high tempo and many tough duels in midfield. The home team, however, had the upper hand, and after fourteen minutes they took the lead through a goal by Leond Mahmoud, whose shot hit the net hard behind IFK Uppsala's goalkeeper.
The second half offered much of the same, but Håbo FF managed to extend their lead to 2-0 after 52 minutes when Lucas Madsen headed in a corner from close range. IFK Uppsala desperately tried to reduce the deficit, but Håbo FF held firm and maintained their lead.
