Hörnsjö IF tried to fight their way back into the match and managed to score their second goal in the 65th minute when Edvin Helmersson found the net. But Sörmjöle IK was still eager to attack and scored two more goals, one from Carl Vestman in the 76th minute and another from Andreas Blomberg in the 81st minute.
Hörnsjö IF received several cautions during the match, the first in the 35th minute and the last in the 86th minute when Rasmus Andersson Fredheim was cautioned. Sörmjöle IK capped off their impressive performance with an eighth goal from Olle Göterfelt in the 88th minute. The match ended 2-8 in favor of Sörmjöle IK, who thus took home three points from Hörnsjö.
