It was an intense match between Mariehem SK and Sörfors IF at MSK Arena. Sörfors IF had a dream start to the match when Emil Holm scored already in the eighth minute, following a nice pass from a teammate. After that goal, Sörfors IF continued to play strongly, and their pressure on Mariehem SK paid off. In the 20th minute, Lars Eriksson doubled the lead to 0-2 after a fine combination.

Mariehem SK, of course, did not want to give up and began to press more and more on Sörfors IF. In the 40th minute, Mariehem SK was awarded a penalty after a questionable decision by referee Jonny Norlund. However, the goalkeeper for Sörfors IF managed to save the penalty and kept his team with a two-goal lead. But Mariehem SK continued to fight, and in the 41st minute, they pulled one back after a great individual effort from Daniel Bengtsson, which gave the team a little more energy.

The second half was a real nail-biter, with both teams wanting to win the match, and it was Mariehem SK that started better. In the 51st minute, they equalized after a nice pass from Jonas Nilsson Strand to the goalscorer. Now the match was completely open, and both teams created chances.
