It was an exciting match between Vartofta SK and Götene FK U at Kinnemo A. Despite there being no spectators present, both teams showcased an impressive fighting spirit.
It was Götene FK U that took the lead just four minutes in, thanks to Louise Wennerdal, who then extended the lead to 2-0 after nine minutes with a goal from Thea Svensson. However, Vartofta SK refused to give up and managed to reduce the deficit with a goal from Klara Davet in the fifteenth minute, which gave the team new energy. Despite this, Vartofta SK could not get any closer and instead suffered two yellow cards, first to Linn Jansson in the 38th minute and then to Cecilia Ljung Kaukonen in the 65th minute.
Götene FK U, however, held on, and Thea Svensson scored her second goal of the evening in the 72nd minute, securing the victory for the team with a score of 4-1. An impressive performance by Götene FK U and a tough loss for Vartofta SK.
