On Saturday afternoon, 70 loyal spectators made their way to Fagerliden to watch the match between Västanfors IF FK U and Arboga Södra IF Women in Division 4 Västmanland for women. The referee, Sajad Hosseini, blew the whistle to start the match at 1:00 PM.
After 15 minutes of the match, the first yellow card was shown when Västanfors IF FK U's Freja Sigfrids received her booking. After that, there were quite a few chances on both sides, but neither team was able to capitalize on them.
However, in the second half, just 3 minutes in, Västanfors IF FK U's Ella Ålund managed to score and put her club in the lead with 1-0. Södra Arboga's attempts to level the game were completely thwarted by Västanfors' fantastic defense, which managed to keep a clean sheet against everything Södra Arboga had to offer.
