Västerås AFG won a tight match against Irsta IF when they met at Klinta IP 1 in Division 4 Västmanland for men on Sunday afternoon. With only 65 people in the stands, including the referee team made up of Faisal Anmar Shanshal, and assistant referees Mohamed Nurhussen and Arlind Kaciku.

Irsta IF started strong and took the lead just 4 minutes into the game with a goal from Robin Lindborg. He continued to show flashes of his excellent play throughout the match, but Västerås AFG was not going to give up easily.

Västerås AFG fought back and found their rhythm just before halftime. Edon Aliu scored a beautiful goal that equalized the score to 1-1 on the scoreboard.

In the second half, Sunday Bale was in outstanding form and scored an important and decisive goal for Västerås AFG in the 53rd minute, making it 2-1 for Västerås AFG. Irsta IF fought to find an equalizer, but Västerås AFG held firm.

The match became more intense as it progressed, and more players received yellow cards. Edon Aliu and Monir Ahmad were cautioned by the referee, while Ali Ghulami from Irsta IF also received a yellow card in the 75th minute.

The match ended with a well-deserved victory for Västerås AFG, even though Irsta IF fought bravely all the way through. The final score was 2-1, and Västerås AFG could happily celebrate the win with their team and the loyal fans in attendance.
