Saturday afternoon featured an exciting match between Tortuna SK and Gideonsbergs IF at Tortuna IP in Division 4 Västmanland for men. Despite a small turnout of 32 spectators, the atmosphere was high, and both teams gave their all on the pitch. The refereeing team of Yonas El Atmioui, Abdirizaq Mahamed, and Mohamed Khalifa Salem Masaud had their hands full keeping track of the play, but they did a good job.
The match started strong for the away team, Gideonsbergs IF, who took the lead in the 24th minute with a goal from Felix Lindestad. Tortuna SK fought hard to equalize, but the visiting defense held firm. Tortuna SK desperately tried to come back into the match, and Jacob Hendel received a yellow card in the 64th minute, but it was not enough to catch up with Gideonsbergs IF. The match ended 1-3 in favor of the away team, who secured a much-needed victory in Division 4 Västmanland.
