Kode IF dominated Surte IS FK in an exciting match on Friday evening at Kode IP 3 Artificial Turf. There was a small crowd in attendance who witnessed a goal fest with four goals.

Kode IF was the first team to find the net, with a beautiful goal from Jonathan Thebrin Olsson in the 20th minute. His header, following a nice pass from Patrik Franksson, gave Kode IF the lead.

Surte IS FK fought hard to come back, but Kode IF's defense held strong against everything Surte IS FK attempted. In the 61st minute, Patrik Franksson extended the lead with another fantastic goal for Kode IF.

Surte IS FK received two yellow cards, one in the 58th minute to Robin Bozrgpour and another in the 70th minute to Viktor Persson. Kode IF's Hannes Larsson also received a yellow card in the 73rd minute.

In the 80th minute, Kode IF was awarded a penalty when Anes Softic was fouled, but his missed penalty kick was saved by Surte IS FK's goalkeeper.

However, Kode IF's Patrik Franksson nailed the final coffin with his second goal of the match in the first minute of stoppage time. Surte IS FK's Rade Radovic managed to score a consolation goal in the 95th minute, but the match was already decided.

The match was officiated by Peter Johansson, assisted by Dzemal Aletovic and Alagie Jatta. Kode IF won the match 3-1 and continues to compete at a high level in Division 5 Göteborg A.
