Today, Kode IF faced Nol IK at home on Kode IP 3 Artificial Grass in front of an empty stand. Kode IF had hopes of ending the season on a positive note despite their position in the table. Nol IK, on the other hand, had nothing to lose and was looking to provide a surprise.
The match started with high intensity, and it didn't take long before Kode IF took the lead. In the 75th minute, Hannes Larsson scored a truly beautiful goal for the home team, and just 9 minutes later, Patrik Franksson netted his second goal of the day, extending the lead to 5-0.
Nol IK tried to push forward but struggled to create opportunities, and Kode IF held out until the final whistle. After the match, both Kode IF and Nol IK could put the season behind them, a season in which Kode finished in 8th place while Nol IK ended up at the bottom of the table. Referee Ibrahim Rashid, along with assistant referees Cristian Badescu and Yosuf Amiri, could conclude the match without having to intervene too much. With one season finished, the teams could look forward to the next season with new challenges.
