Önnereds IK did not allow their opponents, Styrsö BK, to enter the game on Apelsinplan 1 Grass. The match started evenly, but after 39 minutes, Önnereds IK scored the opening goal through Pontus Liljeblad. Just before halftime, both Önnereds IK's Isak Olofsson Dorsch and Styrsö BK's Jens Poulsen received yellow cards.
In the second half, there was no doubt which team had control of the match. After 53 minutes of play, Galvan Ayoub scored Önnereds IK's second goal, and just five minutes later, Jakob Lindgren extended the lead to 3-0.
As the match approached its end, it was Önnereds IK's Joel Ekengren and Galvan Ayoub who dominated the field. Joel Ekengren scored the fourth goal of the match after 70 minutes, and just a few minutes later, Stany Lokamba received a yellow card. Galvan Ayoub increased the lead to 5-0 after 79 minutes of play, and in the closing stages of the match, Joel Ekengren scored his second goal and Önnereds IK’s sixth goal of the day.
Önnereds IK won with overwhelming numbers, and ecstatic supporters celebrated their third place in the table. Styrsö BK remains in second place in Division 5 Göteborg B, but with a noticeable gap to the league leader.
