On Saturday, Styrsö BK faced Önnereds IK in a match in Division 5 Göteborg B. The match was played at Styrsöplan 1 Grass, and despite the beautiful weather, only 20 people were present to watch the game.
The referee for the day was Oguz Acikgöz, assisted by Carlo Osadji and Amir Hadzic. The match started evenly, but it was Önnereds IK that took the lead after 25 minutes. Isac Lycke scored the goal that put the visitors ahead 1-0.
A few minutes later, the visitors doubled their lead to 2-0 through Jonathan Back. Styrsö BK tried to shake off the hangover, but Önnereds IK continued to apply pressure.
In the 36th minute, Joel Ekengren scored his first goal of the day from the penalty spot, and Önnereds IK now led 3-0. However, Styrsö BK would not give up, and in the 55th minute, Axel Åhsberg reduced the score to 3-1.
Önnereds IK would, however, increase their lead again just a few minutes later when Joel Ekengren scored his second goal of the day. The match became more and more intense, and both teams began to receive more and more warnings.
In the 66th minute, Joel Ekengren completed his hat trick by scoring Önnereds IK's fifth goal of the day with a header. Styrsö BK would, however, score another goal through Niklas Tullock, but it didn’t help as Isak Olofsson Dorsch scored Önnereds IK's sixth goal in the 83rd minute.
The match ended 6-2 in favor of Önnereds IK, and it was a well-playing visiting team that could head home with a clear victory. Styrsö BK had played well at times, but it was the defense that faltered as Önnereds IK managed to decide the match in the second half.
