On Sunday afternoon, Hangvar SK B/Fårösunds GoIK faced IF Hansa-Hoburg B in an exciting match in Division 5 Gotland, men's league, at Slite Artificial Turf in front of 31 spectators, with Daniel Karlsson as the referee.
IF Hansa-Hoburg B took the lead just 11 minutes in when Jacob Nilsson scored. Almor Hansson then extended the lead in the 22nd minute, and it looked like Hangvar/Fårösund would have a tough match ahead.
However, with only a few minutes left until halftime, Axel Bolin struck and reduced the deficit for Hangvar/Fårösund, who were now finding their way back into the game.
In the second half, Hangvar/Fårösund's goal-scoring form remained high as Kristian Björklund equalized in the 52nd minute. But IF Hansa-Hoburg B quickly responded, and just seconds later, Jacob Nilsson scored his second goal of the day.
Hangvar/Fårösund continued to fight hard and was able to equalize again through Axel Bolin in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, it was not enough for Hangvar/Fårösund, as Almor Hansson of IF Hansa-Hoburg B scored his second goal of the day and the decisive goal in the 64th minute.
Despite the strong efforts from Hangvar/Fårösund's players, it was indeed IF Hansa-Hoburg B that emerged victorious, winning the match 4-3. We thank both teams for an exciting match and look forward to their next encounter on the football field.
