It was a very exciting match between Dalhem IF and Levide IF on a Sunday afternoon at Dalhem IP. Despite the empty stands, there was high intensity on the pitch from both teams, resulting in a goal-rich match.
Dalhem IF had a strong start and took the lead within the first 10 minutes when Karl Johansson scored for the home team. However, Levide IF quickly bounced back and equalized 14 minutes into the half when Ojulu Beru Odol found the net. After that goal, it was Levide IF who raised the tempo and took the lead 2-1 through Daniel Johansson, who headed the ball in. But it didn’t take long for Dalhem IF to equalize again to 2-2, with Gustav Greveback scoring.
Just before the halftime break, Levide IF managed to take the lead again through Yurii Nimchuk, and it looked as if the guests would have the upper hand in the match. But Dalhem IF had other ideas, and Erik Kellström equalized to 3-3 just before the halftime whistle.
The second half started with high intensity and Dalhem IF received two yellow cards within the span of three minutes. However, it was Levide IF that was awarded a penalty, which Ojulu Beru Odol converted into a goal. But Dalhem IF continued their fighting spirit as Oliver Lenholm scored for the home team, equalizing to 4-4, just a couple of minutes before Erik Kellström got his second goal of the match and put the home team in the lead again. But it wasn’t over yet, and Ojulu Beru Odol scored his third goal of the match to make it 5-5.
It looked as if the match would end in a draw, but it was Levide IF that managed to take the lead again through Tuol Beru Odol, who made it 6-5 for the guests, and that became the last goal of the match. Dalhem IF had a few chances to equalize in the final minutes, but Levide IF defended their lead and won the match 6-5. Despite the loss, Dalhem IF can take pride in their fighting spirit and willingness to always come back in the match. The season is now over, with Dalhem IF finishing in 10th place in the table, while Levide IF ended up in 6th place.
