The match between Norra Lits IF and Järpens IF 2 at Ringsta IP looked set to be an exciting event from the start. The audience in the stands witnessed an early opening goal from Järpens IF 2 when Bashar Rahmh put the ball in the net, making it 0-1 just six minutes into the game.
However, Norra Lits IF was not going to give up so easily. Just two minutes later, they managed to reduce the deficit through Hienok Yemane Ghebrezghiabiher, who would go on to prove himself the hero of the match. Between the 25th and 30th minutes, he scored a magical hat trick and turned the tables to 3-2 in favor of Norra Lits IF.
Järpens IF 2 tried to claw their way back into the match and created several dangerous chances, but Norra Lits IF's defense held firm and kept them at bay. Instead, Samuel Grande, in the 92nd minute, converted a penalty kick to finalize the score at 4-2 for Norra Lits IF.
Referee Stefan Westberg maintained a firm grip on the match and issued a few warnings to both teams for rough tackles. Despite this, it was a fair match without major incidents.
