It was an exciting match between Matfors IF 2 and Sundsvalls FF at Thulevallen in Division 5 Medelpad. Despite the absence of spectators, it was an intense game with many goal scoring opportunities.
Just six minutes into the match, Matfors took the lead with a nice finish from Max Stenmark, who would go on to be a key player in today's match. Only eight minutes later, Stenmark doubled the lead with his second goal of the day.
However, Sundsvalls FF did not give up and reduced the deficit to 2-1 through Jonas Svensson in the 23rd minute. But Matfors responded immediately before half-time with a beautiful free kick by Oliver Andersson, making it 3-1 at the break.
In the second half, Sundsvalls continued to fight and eventually earned a penalty, which Juan Medina converted effectively, bringing the score to 3-2. But Max Stenmark was not willing to let go of the victory and scored his third goal of the day, completing his hat trick and sealing the final score at 4-2 for Matfors IF 2.
Referee Oscar Moss kept control of the match and also issued a warning to Sundsvalls' Yllmen Ramosaj for a tough tackle. It was a well-played match by both teams, but Matfors IF 2 proved to be the stronger side on this day.
