Frövi IK delivered an impressive performance at home as they defeated Lillån FK with a score of 7-1 in Division 5 Örebro. The match started intensely, and already in the 16th minute, Frövi took the lead through Filip Höijer, who placed the ball in the net with a clinical finish.
Gustav Runström then extended the lead to 2-0 in the 25th minute before Kevin Sjöholm made it 3-0 in the 36th minute. Gustav Runström was again involved in the scoring when he made it 4-0 just before halftime.
However, Lillån managed to reduce the deficit before the halftime break through Maikel Aro, which gave them some hope for the second half. Towards the end of the first half, things became a bit heated on the field, leading to both José Manuel Antique Henningsson and Alexander Andersson receiving yellow cards.
In the second half, the goals kept coming for Frövi, with both Kevin Sjöholm and Filip Holmén finding the back of the net for the home team. Shamsallah Omidi received a yellow card for Lillån before Eliott Adamsson finalized the score at 7-1 with his goal in the 82nd minute.
The referee then blew the final whistle, and Frövi could celebrate a convincing victory in front of the empty stands at Fröjevi IP Artificial Turf. It was a heavy defeat for Lillån FK, but a joyous win for Frövi IK, who displayed strong play and efficiency in front of goal.
