Linghems SK took an early lead when Marcus Morén scored in the 21st minute. After a strong first half, Linghems extended their lead further in the second half. In the 48th minute, Nikki Hunter struck and put the ball in the net for 2-0.

Västra Husby IF fought hard to get back into the game and managed to score in the 74th minute through Adnan Mahovic. Linghems SK then received two yellow cards, one to Nikki Hunter in the 78th minute and another to Christoffer Sääw in the 82nd minute.

In the closing stages of the match, Västra Husby IF was unfortunately forced to play with one less man when Alexander Lindh was sent off in the 89th minute. With only a few minutes left in the match, Linus Kratz Löfgren scored from a corner kick, giving Linghems SK a comfortable 3-1 victory.
