IFK Knislinge got off to a great start in the match when Morgan Hurtig scored 1-0 just 10 minutes in. Only two minutes later, Teo Persson followed up with a goal, increasing the lead to 2-0. Timothy Engel and Malte Nilsson each received a yellow card before Sammy Lövkvist extended Knislinge's lead to 3-0 just before halftime.

In the second half, IFK Knislinge continued to dominate, and Rasmus Johansson made it 4-0 after 58 minutes. However, IFK Osby did not give up and reduced the score through Kevin Zenthio who scored from a penalty after 61 minutes. Despite this, Knislinge kept pushing forward and Victor Vågemyr scored 5-1 after 80 minutes.

The match was marked by many cards, with Melker Engqvist and Moltas Ernstling receiving yellow cards for Osby after 77 minutes. Oliver Fransson also received a yellow card for Knislinge after 81 minutes.
