It was time for an exciting match between Sibbhults IF and Fjälkinge IF on Friday evening at Färevallen Artificial Turf. Despite the empty stands, nothing hindered the teams from fighting hard.
The match began with intense play from both teams, but it was Sibbhults IF that received the first warning after 30 minutes when Vilhelm Karlsson picked up a yellow card. Just 14 minutes later, it was Sibbhults IF that took the lead when Albin Karlsson scored their first goal.
After the goal, both teams continued to press hard, and Fjälkinge IF did everything they could to equalize. In the 64th minute, Kalle Perdegård received a warning for breaking a rule, but he did not let that stop him. Two minutes later, Fabian Pettersson managed to head in their first goal from a corner kick, equalizing to 1-1.
But Fjälkinge IF's joy was short-lived. Just a minute after the equalizer, Albin Karlsson managed to shoot the ball into the opponent's net once again, and Sibbhults IF took the lead again.
The match continued with intense play from both teams, but neither was able to score any more goals. When the match was blown to a close, Sibbhults IF could proudly celebrate a 2-1 victory and a happy coach. Fjälkinge IF will now have to regroup for their next match.
