Vikens IK hosted Croatia Helsingborg KIF at home on the Vikvalla A-plan in Division 5 Skåne Nordvästra, men's league. With 189 spectators in the stands, it was an exciting match held on Saturday afternoon.

Referee Ola Nilsson, along with assistant referees Lukas Andersson and Mahdi Karbalai, officiated the match, where it didn't take long for the first yellow card to be issued. Just five minutes into the game, the referee showed a yellow card to Carl Tindberg from Vikens IK. Croatia Helsingborg KIF's Kevin Thomasson soon followed in his footsteps.

After seventeen minutes of play, Carl Björling put the ball in the net for Vikens IK, giving them a 1-0 lead. It wasn't long before Rasmus Schotte added to the lead with a goal for 2-0 after 27 minutes of play. Sixten Krantz then increased the lead to 3-0 after 33 minutes before Carl Björling himself received a warning just three minutes later.

However, Croatia Helsingborg KIF was not going to give up without a fight. Patrik Pedersen seized a chance and scored to reduce the score to 3-1 after 38 minutes. But Jacob Anderek was able to extend Vikens IK's lead once again, scoring after 43 minutes of play.

The second half started strong for Vikens IK as Gustav Björling made it 5-1 after 52 minutes. Croatia Helsingborg KIF fought on and managed to score two goals through Robin Bermudez and Jonathan Hörstedt after 66 and 75 minutes of play, respectively. However, the entire team couldn't escape the referee's warnings, as Bermudez collected two yellow cards, with the second leading to his dismissal after 88 minutes. Patrik Pedersen also received a warning at the end of the match.

The match ended 5-3 in favor of Vikens IK on home soil. It was a well-played match where both teams fought hard to achieve their goals. The winners, Vikens IK, could celebrate while Croatia Helsingborg KIF will regroup for their next match.
