Lunds BOIS managed to turn around a tough match against Furulunds IK and win 4-3 at home on the Gunnesbo Gård A-plan on Wednesday evening. Furulunds IK took the lead in the 24th minute through Mattias Åkesson and extended their lead just ten minutes later with a goal from Pontus Widén. Åkesson scored his second goal of the day just a minute later, and Furulunds IK looked like they were in control of the match.

However, Lunds BOIS managed to reduce the deficit with a goal from Bruno Aguilera Venegas in the 40th minute and began to push harder in the second half. Tobias Erlström scored the second goal for Lunds BOIS in the 70th minute, and Hiyab Negash converted a penalty in the 83rd minute to equalize.

Furulunds IK desperately tried to get back into the game, but Pontus Widén received a yellow card for a tough tackle in the 85th minute. Just a minute later, Lunds BOIS was awarded a penalty, which Benjamin Dizdarevic converted to give Lunds BOIS the lead.

Referee Marcus Olsson blew the whistle to end the match in the 90th minute, and Lunds BOIS could celebrate an impressive comeback. With this victory, Lunds BOIS climbed to sixth place in the table, while Furulunds IK remained in ninth place.
