On Saturday afternoon, Höörs IS faced Stattena IF at Färs & Frosta Arena in an exciting match in Division 5 Skåne West. In front of an audience of 52, with Adam Qvist as the referee, it was an intense match where both teams fought hard for victory.
Stattena IF opened strongly and pressed on with swift attacks, but Höör's defense held firm and was able to take control of the game. In the 13th minute, Stattena IF's Sebastian Carlius received a yellow card after a tough challenge.
In the 29th minute, Höörs IS took the lead after a fine performance by Afrim Aliaj, who scored and brought the crowd to a boil with joy.

Höörs IS, however, did everything they could to come back into the match, and in the 70th minute, Afrim Aliaj scored his second goal of the day, giving the team hope for a point.
The match became tough and after several hard duels, both Tom Gustavsson from Stattena IF and Linus Sjöberg from Höörs IS received yellow cards, just like Andrea Budroni from Stattena IF in the 69th minute.
When the match was blown off, it was clear that Stattena IF had taken home the victory with 3-2, despite Höörs IS's desperate attempts to gather points. After the match, Höörs IS sits in second place in the table, while Stattena IF has climbed up to ninth place.
