Kågeröds BoIF hosted Marieholms IS at home on Brahevallen A-plan in an exciting match in Division 5 Skåne Västra. In front of an audience of 80, referee Adnan Zaimovic kicked off the match on Friday evening at 7:00 PM.

It didn't take long for Kågeröds BoIF to take the lead through Alexander Bengtsson in the 24th minute. A goal that gave the home fans a significant boost of hope for victory.

Marieholms IS fought hard to try to equalize, but Kågeröds BoIF defended strongly and kept the visitors away from the goal. Instead, the home team was able to extend their lead to 2-0 with a headed goal by Rasmus Hansson in the 34th minute.

After the halftime break, Marieholms IS continued to press forward and create chances. Eldar Selimovic from Marieholm received a yellow card in the 50th minute for a tough tackle. Kågeröds BoIF's Rasmus Hansson also received a yellow card in the 54th minute after committing a foul.

Marieholms IS kept pressing the home team, and Karl-Mustafa Seoud from the visitors' team received a yellow card in the 65th minute. The same fate befell Kosovar Gashi from Marieholms IS just a minute later.

Kågeröds BoIF received a yellow card in the 80th minute when Casper Sääski made a somewhat rough tackle. With only minutes left in the match, Marieholms IS was finally able to score a consolation goal through Simon Alexandersson. However, Kågeröds BoIF managed to hold on and win the match 2-1.

The match was exciting and competitive from both teams, and Adnan Zaimovic along with assistants Bastian Lingvall and Emil Ingstorp had their hands full keeping order in the game. Kågeröds BoIF's players celebrated their second consecutive victory while Marieholms IS will look to get revenge next time they meet.
