Spartan football at Trollevallen's A-field on Tuesday evening showcased the match between Trollenäs IF and Teckomatorps SK. Unfortunately for the home crowd, it was the away team that proved to be more effective and managed to win 2-0.
The match started with some hard tackles from both teams. After just twelve minutes, Trollenäs received their first yellow card when Omar El-Tahan drew the ire of referee Daniel Firulovic.
After fighting hard and having a few chances, Trollenäs suffered an own goal in the 22nd minute. The crowd had to watch as the home team was forced to chase to catch up.
But it was Teckomatorps SK that kept pushing forward. In the 38th minute, Noel Hillerborg scored to extend the lead to 2-0.
The referee of the evening did not hold back on the yellow cards. Just before halftime, Karl Olsson Roos also received a warning for a tough tackle.
The second half continued in a brutal fashion. Teckomatorps' Karl Olsson Roos was first shown another yellow card for a reckless tackle and then sent off after another hard challenge.
Trollenäs continued to fight with great ambition and finally received another warning in the 85th minute when Granit Rushiti got his card. However, the team couldn't turn the match around, and Teckomatorp headed home with three points in tow.
