Tågarps IP was filled with eager supporters when Tågarps AIK faced Ekeby GIF in Division 5 Skåne West for men. The match started at 6:00 PM on Friday evening, and referee Adnan Zaimovic was ready to officiate the game alongside assistant referees Aleksandar Ristevski and Aulon Musolli. The audience was not large, as only 50 people gathered to watch the match.
After 15 minutes of play, it was Tågarps AIK who received a warning, with 9. Rasmus Ahlberg being the one cautioned. But after 22 minutes into the match, the tension rose as Ekeby GIF scored the first goal, taking the lead at 0-1, with the scorer being 9. Kim Nerman. Ekeby GIF continued to dominate the game, and after 34 minutes, they scored another goal, this time by 17. Mouhamed Fahs, extending their lead to 0-2.
In the second half, Tågarps AIK fought hard and managed to score with a header by 5. Fredric Nilsson after 48 minutes, reducing the gap to 1-2. Following the third goal, frustration grew in Tågarps AIK, resulting in more cautions. Hugo Kristiansen from Ekeby GIF also received a warning after 70 minutes. Ekeby GIF continued to dominate the match and scored two more goals: in the 79th minute by 7. Omar Al Mawla and in the 85th minute by 17. Mouhamed Fahs again, who completed the match with a hat trick by making it 1-6 in the 89th minute.
The match ended in a clear victory for Ekeby GIF, who won 1-6 after dominating from start to finish. Tågarps AIK has much to take away from the match and will need to work harder to face the tough opponents in Division 5 Skåne West.
