HM IS achieved an important victory at Hjältemon against IF Ariel in Division 5 Småland Nordöstra. The match started intensely, but it was the visitors from Ariel who took the lead when Jakob Karlsson scored with a header in the 28th minute. The home team continued to fight and created several dangerous chances but had to wait until the 74th minute to equalize when Emil Sjökvist found the target in front of goal. With only ten minutes left on the clock, Jonatan Green ensured that the home team took the lead after a nice combination with his teammates. Ariel tried intensely to find an equalizer, but HM IS managed to hold on for a much-needed 2-1 victory.
