On a sunny and warm Monday evening, 103 soccer enthusiasts gathered at Tallåsvallen to watch the match between Ruda IF and IF Ariel in Division 5 Småland North-East. Referee Lars Öst and his assistants Dennis Eriksson and Amro Abdelhalim were officiating the match.

Right from the kickoff, Ruda IF showcased their dominance on the field when Anton Almqvist scored a corner goal, putting them ahead with the first goal of the match just three minutes in. After the opening goal, Ruda IF continued to press, and in the eighth minute, Felix Fransson scored, increasing their lead to 5-1.

However, IF Ariel was not about to give up, and in the fourteenth minute, Olle Nilsson scored a beautiful goal that gave them a brief lead of 1-0. But Ruda IF quickly replied, and just twelve minutes later, Jonathan Nilsson scored from a free kick, equalizing the match at 1-1. Just a few minutes later, Robin Almqvist scored, putting Ruda IF ahead 2-1.

Emil Almqvist from Ruda IF and Victor Ivarsson from IF Ariel each received a yellow card during the match, and in the 60th minute, Olof Herdinius also received a warning for Ruda IF.

With only fourteen minutes left in the match, an own goal by IF Ariel made things even harder for them, and Ruda IF now had a lead of 4-1. IF Ariel desperately tried to come back, but their efforts failed, and with just three minutes left, Olle Nilsson received a second yellow card and was sent off. Following that, Fredrik Svensson was also sent off for IF Ariel.

With the match nearly over, Robin Almqvist scored his second goal and the final goal for Ruda IF, setting the final score at 6-1. Ruda IF was truly the better team throughout the match and won a well-played game at home.
