HM IS took the lead just eleven minutes into the match when Jonatan Green scored. Green was hot in the first half and scored HM IS's second goal just ten minutes later. IFK Tuna fought hard but struggled to create dangerous scoring opportunities. However, with eight minutes left in the first half, they were awarded a penalty which Johan Carlsson confidently converted to reduce the score to 2-1.

In the second half, Jonatan Green continued to trouble IFK Tuna's defense, and his third goal of the evening came in the 65th minute as he completed his hat trick. But IFK Tuna did not give up and continued to fight. Filip Gustavsson reduced the score to 3-2 in the 86th minute, and in the last minute of the match, Anton Carlsson scored the long-awaited equalizer that finished the match 3-3.

The match featured a high tempo and plenty of excitement, and the home crowd at Slättvallen witnessed an entertaining game. Referee Mohamad Alsheikho did a great job keeping the match under control along with his assistant referees Jacob Borg and Thomas Pettersson. A total of 112 people were present to cheer for the teams and enjoy an exciting football match in Division 5 Småland Nordöstra.
