IF Ariel took an impressive 4–1 victory over Ankarsrums IS in a Division 5 Småland Nordöstra match at Ekskogsvallen 1 on Wednesday evening, in front of a crowd of 35 people.

The match started off evenly, but it was IF Ariel who took the lead in the 17th minute through Victor Ivarsson. Ankarsrums IS tried to respond, but it was instead IF Ariel who were able to extend their lead with a goal from Adam Waktel in the 27th minute.

The second half looked similar, with IF Ariel controlling the game and creating several dangerous chances. Ankarsrums IS attempted to push forward, but faced tough defensive efforts from IF Ariel.

In the 80th minute, Robin Berggren managed to score his first goal of the night, increasing IF Ariel's lead to 3–0. Just six minutes later, Berggren did it again, making it 4–0 for the home team. Ankarsrums IS managed to score a goal in the 89th minute through Robin Thorén Johansson, but it was too late to change the outcome.

IF Ariel dominated the match from start to finish, and it is not surprising that they secured such a large victory. Carl Hjalmarsson was cautioned for IF Ariel in the 75th minute after a tough tackle.

Referee Pierre Fransson and his assistant referees, Nicklas Nilsson and Lars Högstedt, maintained order on the field during the match. Overall, it was a well-played match with entertaining football.
