Norrahammars IK delivered a strong performance at home when they faced Mullsjö IF in Division 5 Småland Northeastern. Just eight minutes into the game, Norrahammar took the lead through Felix Boström, who found the net after a nice pass from midfielder Gani Mehmedi. Following this, Norrahammar continued to control the game, and an impressive first half resulted in two more goals from Mehmedi and one goal from Noak Halvardsson.
In the second half, Norrahammar's dominance continued, and just one minute after the restart, Mehmedi scored his third goal of the evening, completing his hat trick. He remained a constant threat to the Mullsjö defense, and after another strike in the 48th minute, Norrahammar's lead grew to 6-0.
After this, it was Elliott Nyström who increased the score to 7-0 in the 70th minute, until Mullsjö IF finally managed to score a consolation goal when Jimmy Lindberg found the net in the 77th minute. However, Norrahammar kept pressing, and in the 88th minute, Bassam Koutcho capped off an impressive evening by scoring the ninth goal of the night for Norrahammars IK.
The final score was 8-1 in favor of Norrahammars IK, reflecting a very dominant performance from the home team, which never allowed Mullsjö IF to get into the match. This pleases the Norrahammar supporters, and one can only imagine that this performance will set the tone for the rest of the season.
