Burseryds IF hosted Skillingaryds IS at home on Granbacken in Division 5 Småland Nordvästra for men. The two teams provided an entertaining match with many goal chances and excitement right up to the final whistle.

The match began with a high tempo, and both teams showcased intense play. Just eight minutes into the game, Burseryds IF took the lead when Max Sandblad scored a header following a great corner kick. Skillingaryds IS quickly equalized when Arber Hasani scored his first goal of the evening in the fourteenth minute.

But Burseryds IF regained the lead when Carl Enocsson scored in the 23rd minute. This important lead gave the home team energy and confidence. August Björk extended the lead to 3-1 in the 33rd minute, and it looked like the home side would secure a comfortable victory.

However, Skillingaryds IS did not give up and continued to fight. Axel Persson reduced the score to 3-2 in the 38th minute, and the away team continued to create chances even in the second half. Burseryds IF's Petter Öberg received a yellow card in the 62nd minute, and shortly after, it was Skillingaryds IS's Kushtrim Pretenis who got carded as well.

But it would turn out to be Skillingaryds IS's night when Noah Svensson scored in the 80th minute to equalize at 3-3. The home crowd fell silent and became nervous, but Burseryds IF kept their cool and continued to fight. In the 88th minute, Anders Roos decided the match with a shot to the top of the net, and Burseryds IF could celebrate a wonderful 4-3 victory.
