On Sunday afternoon, it became clear that Myresjö IF would face league leaders Egnahems BK at home. 25 spectators had made their way to Myrvalla to watch the match. Referee Haki Ramadani kicked off the match at 16:00, and it was immediately Egnahems BK that applied high pressure on the home team.

Just six minutes in, the first goal came from Egnahems BK, a beautiful goal by Linus Israelsson. But Myresjö IF fought on and tried to find spaces to play in. Unfortunately, it was Egnahems BK that continued to control the match, and in the 15th minute, Simon Klänge scored his first goal of the day and Egnahems BK's second goal overall.

This was just the beginning of a difficult match for Myresjö IF. After 19 minutes, Simon Klänge managed to score another goal, and just a few minutes later, he completed a "hat-trick." The home team tried to rally, but the defense failed to keep Egnahems BK's offense at bay.

Halftime came as a welcome break for Myresjö IF, giving them a chance to recharge for the second half. But unfortunately, this was not enough to stop Egnahems BK. In the 49th minute, Mehdi Jan scored a goal, and in the 55th minute, he added another.

The match was essentially decided, and Egnahems BK continued to rack up goals. In the 68th minute, Didric Andersson scored the ninth and final goal of the match. Myresjö IF tried to fight until the end, but unfortunately, there was no consolation for the home crowd. The match ended 0-9 in favor of Egnahems BK.

After the match, Myresjö IF remained at the bottom of the table while Egnahems BK maintained their first-place position. A tough match for the home team, but Egnahems BK showed why they have a spot high up in the standings.
