The sunny Thursday evening offered an exciting match between Persnäs AIF and S:t Sigfrids IF at Solvallen. With only 25 spectators present and referee Joakim Dahlberg along with his assistant referees Philip Berglund and Stefan Gustafsson on hand, the match could begin.
It was Persnäs AIF that started the match strongest, and it didn't take long before Jesper Axelsson scored for the home team in the second minute, giving them an early lead of 1-0.
However, S:t Sigfrids IF did not give up and continued to fight, and it wasn't until the 56th minute that Jesper Wallin struck and made it 1-1 for the away team. Just six minutes later, S:t Sigfrids IF found the net again, this time through Adam Krim, which gave them a lead of 2-1.
Persnäs AIF worked hard for an equalizer, but S:t Sigfrids IF defended strongly and held their ground. In the 64th minute, a warning was issued to Persnäs AIF's Jacob Augustinsson, and just a few minutes later, Simon Eriksson from S:t Sigfrids IF also received a warning.
The match continued with exciting attacks from both teams, but in the end, S:t Sigfrids IF managed to hold on and win the match 2-1. It was a well-played match with a high tempo and strong performances from both teams.
