Rydaholms GoIF hosted VTIF-Grimslöv at home on Sunday afternoon. The crowd at Kungshall was not particularly large, with only 100 people in the stands, but the atmosphere was at its best as the match got underway.

The first half was evenly matched, and both teams had several chances to take the lead, but no one managed to score. It was only in the second half that the home team was able to strike.

55 minutes into the match, Rydaholms GoIF scored their first goal through Hjalmar Melkstam, who headed the ball in. Five minutes later, it was time again, this time through Amin Nshimirimana, who shot the ball in, giving the home team a comfortable 2-0 lead.

VTIF-Grimslöv tried to stage a comeback, but Rydaholms GoIF was too strong. In the 75th minute, Amin Nshimirimana scored his second goal of the day, extending Rydaholms GoIF's lead to a commanding 3-0.

VTIF-Grimslöv continued to fight, and two minutes later they were able to score a consolation goal through Sebastian Gyllensten, who scored with a header. But it wasn’t enough to save the match.

The match ended 3-1 in favor of Rydaholms GoIF, which meant three new points in Division 5 Småland Sydvästra. Théodor Haglund from the home team received a yellow card in the 77th minute for a tough tackle on an opposing player. Alban Ala was the referee for the day, with Dennis Prlja and Hamid Veladzic as assistants.
